SHIPPING LIMITS:    Transportation of all horses is setup and paid for by the buyer.

CUSTOMER GUARANTEE:    We keep the horses at our risk.  If the horse gets hurt or dies before you pick it up you will get your deposit back or you can pick another horse that is for sale but it may not be the same price and the difference will be paid by buyer or returned to buyer for a lesser valued horse. 

RETURN POLICY:    If the horse is not paid for prior to pickup the buyer will forfeit the deposit paid and will not get the horse.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:    If you decide to purchase any of the horses we require a deposit of half the purchase price.  With the remaining half to be paid prior to transport.  If you are purchasing a foal we usually wean them in September.  The deposit will hold the foal until you can arrange transport.    We gladly accept checks or money orders.  Checks will take 5 business days to clear the bank so please make arrangements accordingly.

REGISTRATION POLICY:    We sell foals with an AQHA registration application unless noted as grade.  The buyer will be responsible to pay all registration and transfer fees.  All other horses will have AQHA registration papers.  The buyer will be responsible to transfer the horses. 

COGGINS AND HEALTH PAPERS:   We will pay for the coggins test and health papers and we will schedule for the vet to have all paperwork done prior to pickup. Therefore we will need a scheduled date of transport to have all the paperwork in order.  We will only pay for the test once if for some reason the horse can not be picked up and the health papers expire prior to pickup the buyer will be responsible to pay for the new exam.  Health papers are good for 30 days, Coggins good for 12 months.  If the buyer would like any other shots or tests the buyer will be responsible for these.
